The Ragged School Union was renamed the Shaftesbury Society in 1914. Hardback. Twelve issues of the journal (January to December 1906), bound in blue boards with gilt titles and embossed design on front cover. Included at the end is the Annual Report of the Ragged School Union. Internally the condition is fine, just a little browning to the endpapers. There is one small mark to the front cover, and some surface scratches to the back; the extremities are a little bumped. 180 pages.
