Issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, Prague 1968. Five issues of the information bulletin of the Czechoslovak Communist Party (text in English): numbers 2 to 6, all published in 1968. They cover the brief period of the Prague Spring and subsequent events. All are internally in fine condition, a couple have minor inscriptions on the front cover. Number 2 (dated April) is titled 'The Action Programme of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, adopted at the plenary session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, on April 5th 1968: the Czechoslovak Road to Socialism'. There are a couple of inscriptions on the front cover. Number 3 is a report of the plenary meeting of the Central Committee on 29 May. Number 4 is titled 'From the Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, held on August 31, and from the Extraordinary Congress of the Communist Party of Slovakia, held on August 26-29 1968'. Includes speeches by Alexander Dubcek, Ludvik Svoboda, Oldrich Cernik and Gustav Husak, as well as the resolution of the Central Committee on the conclusions of the Moscow negotiations. Number 5 (dated November) reports on the 'Plenary Meeting of the Central Committee held at the Spanish Hall of Prague Castle on November 14 to 17, 1968'. Includes excerpts from a speech by Dubcek; a speech by Ludvik Svoboda; a ceremonial speech by Gustav Husak. Number 6 (dated December) has a couple of inscriptions on the cover and a small crease to the corner of the first page. Contents: a report on the plenary session of the Central Committee on December 12/13 in Prague (includes a speech by Cernik) and a report on the plenary session on December 21/22 in Bratislava (includes a speech by Dubcek and a resolution on the 'arrangement of bodies of the Slovak Socialist Republic within the Czechoslovak Federation'.
